
This is a permanent part-time (0.24FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2025
Training in Pool Operations will be provided.
Success Primary School (SPS) is located in the City of Cockburn. Approximately 587 students are enrolled in our school, with 72 students enrolled in our education support program and 515 in our mainstream program. Approximately 20% of children come from homes where English is an Additional Language(EAL/D).

The Role
Suitable applicants will develop and uphold a maintenance plan, purchase consumables and materials related to the construction and maintenance of therapeutic and support/restraint equipment. They will routinely record maintenance activities, and ensure plant and machinery and related work site areas are kept securely locked, free from hazard and safe from unpermitted access
The role will require some general maintenance around the school grounds and premises. Suitable applicants will monitor and maintain swimming pool water quality, equipment, and signage in accordance with Government standards, policies, and guidelines.
The role will be Wednesday to Friday morning for 3 hours, 6:30am to 9:30am, with the possibility of an increase to 5 days per week

Please note: The salary level for this position will be determined after the successful applicant is assessed as addressing all eligibility and selection criteria indicated in the relevant attached JDF in the context of the outcomes and selection criteria described.
The highest rate an applicant can start at as a L1 is Level 1.4 (as negotiated with the principal). However, applicants may still be able to commence at a L2.1 or L3.1 if suitably qualified or with requisite experience.
Level 2, $70,432 - $75,516 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2022)
Level 3, $79,156 - $84,977 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2022)
