The Role

We seek motivated applicants with a passion for teaching music, possessing a solid understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum. In your role as a music teacher, you will deliver a curriculum tailored to the diverse needs of all students, fostering an environment where every student is empowered to reach their full potential. Your dedication to academic excellence and high-quality teaching and learning will set the standard for our learning community.
The successful applicant will ideally be an innovative, motivated and skilled educator who is committed to engaging and inspiring students to actively participate in music lessons. They will ideally have a deep understanding and passion for the Music curriculum and a deep understanding of instructional strategies to effectively engage students in the learning process.
To be suitable for this role, you will possess knowledge, skills and experience in showcasing Music and the Arts across the whole school and in the community. The successful applicant will ideally demonstrate experience in leading successful school choir performances and /or bands at the school and wider community events e.g. One Big Voice, Massed School Choir, WAGSMS.
