The Role
As School Officer you should be the first point of contact for our school. Under the instruction of the Manager of Corporate Services, you should be responsible for providing accurate advice and support to parents, students, staff and community members, using your sound communication skills. Within the parameters provided by the school administration team you will ideally maintain school databases, records and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
It is highly desirable to have experience in the use of SIS (Integris) and or Compass, RM Billing, Faults, and MS Office suite of programs. The successful applicant should deliver high level outcomes with minimal supervision and being able to work independently is highly regarded. The successful applicant should have a friendly, positive, and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
