The Role
The successful applicant will ideally possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment, engaging with staff and the wider community to achieve optimal educational outcomes.
The successful applicant should have strong organisational skills to meet deadlines, maintain high standards of confidentiality, and fulfill planning and compliance requirements across various areas to enhance outcomes for both staff and students. Additionally, experience in Relief Coordination, human resource software, policies and procedures would be an advantage. Liaising with the Executive team, the Human Resource Officer may also provide advice to school staff on work health and safety (WHS) issues and manage effective WHS procedures and processes.
