The Role
Kelmscott SHS are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Coordinator to join their friendly team.
The successful applicant may provide administrative support to the school executive and teaching staff, involving student and teacher timetables, grids, class structures, adjustments, producing student academic reports and undertaking School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) reporting. Liaising with the Deputy Principal, the Administrative Support Coordinator will also provide advice to school staff on new software transition to Compass in conjunction with the Kaartdijin Program.
Administering and maintaining data integrity of a range of curriculum related databases will be an important component of this role. For this reason, applicants with good attention to detail and great interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
