Your new
role
We are seeking an
enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Change
Manager.
This is a Recruitment Pool
for Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency.
As a member of
Transformation & Strategy, you will be responsible
for:
- Providing strategic
advice to Executive and Senior Leadership teams regarding
change management for programs and projects.
- Developing and
implementing strategic change plans in conjunction with
internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring
that the people side of change is coordinated and aligned with
HSS initiatives to ensure successful change outcomes are
achieved and embedded.
- Supporting the Director,
Change Management to develop and implement the applicable
change management framework.
- Coaching
and developing HSS teams to uplift change management capability
across HSS or more broadly as required.
