The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Principal to lead a challenging portfolio which includes delivery of curriculum through whole school approaches, staff development, student services and innovative programs.
As an integral part of the school leadership team, the Deputy Principal will ideally possess the personal attributes to foster the established school culture of genuine care, respect, and support for colleagues, which is the foundation for the important work we do together every day to create optimal learning conditions for our students to flourish.
Successful applicants should display ability to lead change, improve teacher practices by modelling effective teaching strategies, coach colleagues to enhance their skills and coordinate student services by engaging with parents, staff, external consultants, and stakeholders to support a range of complex student needs. The ability to remain flexible, effectively prioritise competing demands, and manage multiple tasks while being resilient and compassionate, are desirable attributes
