We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer's for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable School Officer to assist in the provision of a learning and caring environment for students, their families and staff. Suitable applicants would play a significant role in the continued establishment of the college, its culture and in promoting College values. Suitable applicants should ideally possess good organisational and interpersonal skills and great customer service practices will be highly regarded. A positive, can-do attitude and a great team ethic is highly regarded.

- A CV of up to two (2) pages outlining your employment history and professional learning summary relevant to this position
- A four (4) page statement addressing selection criteria 1, 3, 4 and 5 as outlined in the attached JDF. All selection criteria will be assessed throughout the selection process.
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
