Statewide Services provides the services and supports required by schools to enable student achievement, with a focus on those students and schools that need it most. It encompasses both school and system-facing service delivery. While it primarily exists to support schools, it also has an important system-facing role supporting strategy and policy development.
Professional Capability drives the ongoing development of our school facing workforce. Its purpose is to build professional capability to improve student achievement by enabling teaching and leadership excellence.
The Role
In this role, you will provide essential support in the installation, maintenance, and operation of ICT systems and services, including managing PCs, printers, network hardware, and software. You will also assist in maintaining the Institute’s ICT asset register in line with Departmental security policies and support the deployment of new technology and disposal of outdated equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in updating the Learning Management Systems and supporting staff with technology used in workshop presentations.
This position also involves providing general administrative and clerical support to the team, including coordinating professional learning programs, managing enrolments, and preparing workshop materials. You will be responsible for organising catering, assisting with travel bookings, and supporting budget management through account payments, credit card reconciliation, and expenditure monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ICT knowledge and administrative skills to contribute to the smooth delivery of professional learning initiatives.
