The Role
Waikiki Primary School (PS) is seeking a dedicated Cleaner In Charge (CIC) to join their team.
The CIC is responsible for inducting, training, leading, and managing cleaning staff including relief staff; monitoring and ordering stock supplies within your budget; maintenance and stocktake of cleaning equipment; undertaking cleaning of allocated internal and external areas; opening and locking the college, including setting the security alarm system; and conducting twice daily hand over with the Manager Corporate Services.
The successful applicant will have good attention to detail and will be able to work well with others to ensure a clean and safe school environment. You will be organised, reliable and punctual. The successful applicant should work well both individually and as part of a team and have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices.
