This is a permanent part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2025.
Coolbinia Primary School is an Independent Public Primary School, catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. We are set amongst native bushland and open spaces of Coolbinia. The Role
The role requires a strong focus on customer service and the successful applicant should be professional, positive and friendly, with well-developed communication skills. The ideal candidate should work well in a team environment, display initiative and approach challenges with a growth mindset. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexibility to move between tasks and different environments within our school, successful delivery of priority outcomes in a dynamic environment are highly desirable skills.
The successful applicant should display good interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team environment and sound knowledge and ability using computers and a range of application software packages to complete their daily work. Well-developed organisational skills and a commitment to executing tasks in a timely manner is advantageous.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
