We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As the School Officer, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of administrative duties. Suitable applicants will ideally be motivated and enthusiastic individuals who show initiative and are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an innovative team. Suitable applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills to continue to develop relationships across the school community, both internally and externally and be eager to expand their knowledge within the role.
Ideally, applicants will have well-rounded experience with Department of Education school databases and a range of software packages including MS Office Suite. The suitable applicants will have opportunities for growth and to develop skills through a combination of mentoring and professional learning. With a keen attention to detail and a willingness to be flexible, you will work alongside the Manager Corporate Services to administer the school’s financial, human, and physical resources.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
