Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Customer Experience
Consultant.
As a member of Health Support Services (HSS) Program Delivery
Business Unit, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to and solving customer interactions at first
contact or directing the interaction to the appropriate
business unit for resolution.
- Consistently delivering a high quality of customer service
to our customers.
- Promoting the Contact Centres role and services.

This is a Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Part Time or Casual
