Wanted: A skilled and knowledgeable Lead Spatial Cadastre Consultant
About the role
Landgate has an immediate vacancy for the Lead Spatial Cadastre Consultant in our Location Services business unit. The Lead Spatial Cadastre Consultant provides expert advice and applies significant expertise to deliver Location Services functions including spatial cadastral database (SCDB) maintenance, boundary capture and data analysis. Utilising their expert knowledge of processes and systems they will provide significant contributions to development roadmaps, system projects, and will coordinate data quality and data uplifting activities. This role will also provide technical leadership to the Spatial Cadastre team.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, please demonstrate:
- Ability to deliver quality and timely outcomes
- Previous experience building relationships, collaborating and communicating effectively
- Ability to maintain and share expert knowledge of location information and land development processes, including relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Expert knowledge of complex spatial cadastral systems and processes
- Expert skills and experience in spatial cadastral data management
