The Role
Perth Modern School is seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and professional School Officer to join our Corporate Services Team.
The School Officer role will provide a range of administrative duties within the school. Our staff work within dedicated portfolios such as Student Services, Finance, HR, Facilities, Marketing, Enrolments and Customer Services. Experience in working with systems such as Office 365, Student Information System (SIS), Resource Management (RM) Billing, RM Finance, Compass, Qkr! and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will ideally have excellent focus on team work, self-motivation, initiative and model excellence in customer service delivery and administrative support. They should have strong organisational skills and be able to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a complex and fast paced environment.

- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
