About the Network Infrastructure
Team
Through delivery of WA Health’s
Critical Health ICT Infrastructure Program (CHIIP) to replace all
WA Health’s LAN infrastructure to ensure the highest level of
network security, WA Health will move to an Infrastructure as a
Service (IaaS) model. This builds upon the work completed to
modernise ICT foundations and enable next steps to implement
the WA
Health Digital Strategy 2020-2030.
As a result, the Network Infrastructure Team
will be transitioning from directly managing the network to working
with contractors to provide strategic direction & policy and
manage performance and contracts by:
- Providing full network
services to WA Health Service Providers (HSPs), including
architecture, policy/standards, network administration,
contract management, performance monitoring and service
assurance; and
- Managing the GovNext-ICT
CUA contract with the prime contractor(s) and manage this
relationship on behalf of all HSPs.
The Prime Contractor will provide IaaS LAN
services to WA Health entities through using HSS managed policy and
standards.
The Team is therefore looking for experienced
ICT professionals to fill multiple vacancies to support WA
Health’s Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure to ensure
the highest level of network security is provided to HSS
customers.
Why join our
team?
Be part of an organisation that enables you
to make a meaningful contribution and positively impact the
community in which we live.
We’re guided by five values in
everything we do at HSS – in the way we work, how we make
decisions and the way we behave:
- We put our customers at
the heart of what we do
- We value and care for
each other
- We promise, we own, we
do
- We will find a
way
- We make a difference
together
At HSS, we embrace diversity and believe that
our best services come from a workplace where varied perspectives
and experiences are welcomed and encouraged. We are committed to
