Bob Hawke College in Subiaco opened in February 2020 to more than 250 Year 7 students and is the first high density public secondary college in Western Australia.

The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, your central responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This involves supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
A core aspect of your role is to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. This includes offering valuable input into financial planning and budgeting, where your insights play a role in ensuring the fiscal health of the school. Your strategic involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Executive Management Team, underscores your commitment to the school's long-term objectives.
As the Manager Corporate Services at Bob Hawke, you should ideally contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students, focussing on the development of the whole child. - Demonstrated highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, collaborate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated research, conceptual and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems and issues.
