The Role
Applecross SHS is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Teacher - Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS).
The successful applicant will ideally have excellent knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum and possess the ability to deliver content in an engaging manner. The successful applicant should be flexible, willing to work collaboratively with staff and possess strong interpersonal skills to allow connection within the school community to achieve the best outcomes for all students.
To be successful you should possess the professional knowledge, understandings, and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant secondary school HASS curriculum. The ability to teach Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) and general upper school subjects is highly desirable.
