Eddystone Primary School is located in the suburb of Heathridge, approximately 27 kilometres north of Perth City. The Role
We seek motivated applicants with an in depth understanding of the Western Australian Languages Curriculum and contemporary pedagogical practices to support second language learning. Applicants should have knowledge in teaching the French Language, classroom teaching and high-level French speaking, reading and writing skills.
Ideally you should exhibit exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and commitment to delivering best practices. The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued. Knowledge and skills with Daily Reviews, explicit direct instruction and engagement norms is highly desirable.
As a member of our team, you should leverage high-impact teaching strategies and showcase experience in designing and delivering an engaging French program. An understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs is highly valued, along with proficiency in utilising various assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback and guide future classroom planning.
