The Role
As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our students, families, staff, and community and as such, a strong focus on customer service is key to this role. The suitable applicants should be professional, positive, and friendly, with well-developed communication skills. The suitable applicants should work well in a team environment, display initiative and approach challenges with a growth mindset. The suitable applicants should possess strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail with great flexibility to move between tasks and different environments within our school and be able to deliver priority outcomes in a dynamic environment.
The suitable applicants will be responsible for completing administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information. In addition, you should support student-related activities such as assisting with student enrolment procedures and operating a range of software packages including Integris, Compass, RM Billing and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
