Alinjarra Primary School (PS) is in the suburb of Alexander Heights and caters for students in Kindergarten to Year 6.
The school has a current enrolment of approximately 330 students. Our community consists of a variety of nationalities with over 40 different languages spoken by our families.

The Role
Alinjarra PS is seeking a competent, highly dedicated, enthusiastic Physical Education (PE) Teacher. This specialist role requires high level organisation skills in scheduling, planning, and coordinating whole school sporting events including annual athletics carnivals, interschool sports, sporting clinics, swimming lessons and other school programs, activities and excursions including grant applications to support PE learning.
The successful applicant will join in our shared responsibility for the wellbeing and success of all students, from Pre-Primary to Year 6. We are seeking a teacher who is student and relationship focused, with the capacity to provide engaging learning programs displaying a sound knowledge of the WA Curriculum.
The successful applicant should be ideally supportive and collaborative with staff and who will go the extra mile. You should be able to build effective relationships, have strong behaviour management with high expectations, provide engaging and innovative practices and be a team player.
