About the roles
The Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) branch sits within the Corporate Services business unit and is responsible for managing the delivery of ICT services with three major areas of focus: governance of the agency’s data, technological systems, and applications; support and development of core ICT services; and management of key ICT suppliers on behalf of the agency.
Senior Manager Data and Digital Governance
The primary role of the Senior Manager Data and Digital Governance is driving the governance of Landgate’s digital data and product assets, overseeing their life cycles and balancing alignments between them meeting user needs and business objectives. This role also directs the Data and Digital Governance (DDG) team and drives the delivery of Landgate’s overarching data strategy alongside the delivery of the product strategy.
Senior Manager Information and Cyber Security
The primary role of the Senior Manager Information and Cyber Security is driving governance, compliance and risk mitigation in the areas of information management, data and infrastructure security, through the delivery and monitoring of initiatives and services that prioritise secure workspaces and environments. The role is also responsible for ensuring the continuous alignment of Landgate’s information and digital infrastructures, with applicable legislations and whole of government policies. This role is also required to ensure that Landgate’s maturity levels in cyber security and related controls are fit-for-purpose, enabling Landgate’s resilience before, during and after cyber-related incidents and events.
This role, in conjunction with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), drives the Cyber Incident Response team in the event of a cyber incident.
Senior Manager Service Integration
The primary role of the Senior Manager Service Integration directs the service integration teams that manage the relationships between internal and external service providers, improves the quality of effectiveness of service provision, steers overarching ICT governance, and manages change processes to the ICT environment. This role also manages the seamless integration and coordination of end-to-end ICT services on behalf of Landgate’s staff and customers.

Role Requirements
Essential Core Requirements for all roles:
- Proven leadership experience in an ICT environment and the ability to develop a high performing team.
- An effective communicator with the ability to tailor your communication style to suit your audience.
- Ability to effectively work with a broad range of key stakeholders and service providers, providing leadership and direction.
To be successful in the Senior Manager Data & Digital Governance role, in addition to the essential core requirements please demonstrate:
- Is certified or working towards a certification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Data Management Framework (DMBOK or similar) and/or Relationships and Engagement Frameworks (ProdBOK and BRMBOK or similar);
- At least 5 years practising product management and/or support; data management and/or support; stakeholder, relationship and/or project management; within an organisation bridging gaps between business operations, digital technologies and data end-users. (Desirable)
To be successful in the Senior Manager Information and Cyber Security role, in addition to the essential core requirements please demonstrate:
- Is certified or working towards certification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Cyber Security Framework (NIST or similar) and/or Information Management Framework (State Records Office Information Management Framework or similar);
- At least 5 years practising cyber security management and/or support, information management and/or support; stakeholder, relationship and/or project management; within an organisation ensuring a secure workplace for business operations, digital technologies and end-users. (Desirable)
To be successful in the Senior Manager Service Integration role, in addition to the essential core requirements please demonstrate:
- Is certified or working towards certification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience and/or knowledge in ICT Governance Framework (COBIT or similar) and/or IT Service Management (ITIL and SIAM or similar);
- At least 5 years practising ICT service delivery/management and/or support; ICT governance/vendor management and/or support; stakeholder, relationship and/or project management; within an organisation ensuring ICT continuity for business operations, digital technologies and end-users. (Desirable)
