The School Curriculum and Standards Division provides administrative and secretariat services for and implements the decisions of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority). The Authority provides quality curriculum, assessment, and standards to enable all Western Australian students to become confident, creative learners and active, informed citizens who contribute positively to society.
The Role
The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Principal Consultant, Strategic Projects to join the Curriculum, Assessment and Strategic Policy Directorate.
Reporting to the Assistant Executive Director- Curriculum, Assessment and Strategic Policy, this position works in a project management capacity to establish and track processes and deliverables for a cross-sectoral Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) pilot. This role will focus on the quality assurance of AI generated content and support for teachers and students using AI. This position requires an individual with strong project management and organisational skills, good written communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across systems/sectors.
