The Role
The Executive Support Officer will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the school's Executive team, providing administrative support to the principal and other members of the Executive team. This includes extracting data from various data systems and undertaking data analysis which supports annual reporting, school and financial planning objectives. They should also assist the Leadership team with undertaking event related activities, manage incoming and outgoing enquiries, establish, and maintain effective communication networks with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a confidential electronic filing system as instructed by the principal.
The successful applicant will ideally possess high-level oral, written, and interpersonal communication, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work in a collaborative team environment and be committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders and developing strong community relationships and links.
