The Role
Administrative Assistants support the school to ensure processes run effectively demonstrating clerical and general experience in administrative duties. The successful applicant will ideally have experience in purchasing, processing of accounts for payment, monitoring expenditure for a work unit, casual/additional payment processing and other human resource functions.
You will also display sound written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the capability to essentially interact with stakeholders at all levels, possess well developed keyboarding and computer skills, including a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, word processing and experience using an electronic records management system.
This role may require you to work unsupervised, or as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to use your initiative to go above and beyond.
