The Role
Our Manager Corporate Services opportunity is not just a role, it's a chance to shape a positive environment and make meaningful contributions to the school's overall success.
As the Manager Corporate Services, your pivotal role involves overseeing the financial, physical, and human resource aspects of the school's business operations. Beyond the operational responsibilities, you will play a crucial part in fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, working closely with the Principal and other members of the leadership team to ensure the school operates smoothly and efficiently.
Your duties extend beyond traditional managerial tasks; they encompass monitoring the financial integrity of the school's operations, providing operational input to financial planning and budgeting, and contributing to the development of business and marketing plans aligned with the school's objectives. Participating in committees and working groups ensures that your role actively contributes to the school's business targets and objectives.
In addition to these responsibilities, you'll be instrumental in human resource management, asset management and maintenance strategies, and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
