We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Founded in 1955, Mount Lawley Senior High School (SHS) is located 5 kilometres from the Perth CBD. It comprises three sub-schools; Years 7 & 8, Years 9 & 10 and Years 11 & 12. It hosts a Gifted and Talented Languages program, a Specialist Visual and Performing Arts program, a Music program and the innovative Aboriginal Excellence Program. The Role
Suitable applicants will ideally work as part of a dedicated team and have the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to our school community. As the first point of contact for staff and students in one of our Administration offices you should be well organised, friendly and have the ability to prioritise tasks, assist and mentor other support staff and liaise with staff and students in the delivery of excellent office support. Experience with Schools Information System (SIS) Integris, absentees, enrolments, faults management, Reporting to Parents, timetabling, RM Finance, RM Billing, Microsoft 365, and producing mail merge documents would be highly regarded. Your willingness and ability to move within a range of roles would be expected.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
