This is a permanent part-time (0.15FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2025
Located on the Albany Highway between Perth and Albany, Kojonup District High School has over 220 students with added bonus of a 480-acre school farm close by. All year levels love to visit the farm and it forms an integral part of our students' learning journey whilst at the school. Sustainability and pathway planning programs are influenced by our farm environment, as are waste-wise practices, animal husbandry and paddock to plate understandings.

The Role
The Cleaner, under the general supervision of the Cleaner in Charge/Senior Cleaner in Charge, is responsible for a range of internal and external cleaning duties. This includes maintaining carpets and hard floor surfaces, cleaning toilets, furniture, fittings, and windows, as well as handling tasks like dusting and rubbish removal. Vacation cleaning duties involve activities such as stripping and sealing vinyl floors, shampooing carpets, and pressure cleaning verandas.
