The Role
Castlereagh School is seeking a dedicated, highly skilled and enthusiastic Manager Corporate Services to join our school community.
As the Manager Corporate Services you will work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for the financial, physical and human resource processes of the school. You will oversee the business operations and work with the leadership team to recruit, supervise and manage school support staff.
The successful applicant will need to be motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders, develop strong community relationships, links with staff, students and families and be welcoming of cultural diversity. They must have high level financial management skills, have sound analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions to mitigate the risks.
