The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organised School Officer to join our team and help manage the financial and operational aspects of our school. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of the school, while also managing the school's assets and supporting administrative staff.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and will be responsible for providing advice to staff on travel, subsidies, and allowances and overseeing the operation of school databases, records, and management information systems including timetabling.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal applicant will be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented culture.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
