The Role
In this role you will provide advice and support to the Executive Team in the Human Resource aspects of the school’s operations.
In collaboration with the Manager Corporate Services and Deputy Principal, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, selection, and appointment processes, as well as managing relief coordination for both teaching staff and allied professionals.
You will also assist in the development, implementation and coordination of staff induction and onboarding processes, including updating and monitoring relevant registrations and qualifications.
Payroll verification and certification, including data entry for casual pay, is also integral facet to this role.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in the use of RAMS, Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS) and School Information Systems (SIS). Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks and work well under pressure, are highly desirable.
