Eglinton Beach Primary School (PS) will be opening its doors to the local community in February 2025. It will be the first school opening in the suburb of Eglinton and will be an inclusive school catering for children from Kindergarten to Year Six with an integrated Education Support program for up to 50 children.

The Role
Eglinton Beach PS is seeking a dedicated Cleaner In Charge (CIC) to join their team.
The CIC is responsible for inducting, training, leading, and managing cleaning staff including relief staff; monitoring and ordering stock supplies within your budget; maintenance and stocktake of cleaning equipment; undertaking cleaning of allocated internal and external areas; opening and locking the school, including setting the security alarm system; and conducting regular reflection and feedback with the Manager Corporate Services.
The successful applicant will ideally have good attention to detail and will be able to work well with others to ensure a clean and safe school environment. You will ideally be organised, reliable and punctual. The successful applicant should work well both individually and as part of a team and have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices.
