The Role
We’re looking for someone with experience in office duties in a busy school environment, a confident phone manner, and a friendly, positive attitude. Knowledge of SIS, RM Billing, RM Finance, HRMIS and Compass, would be desirable.
You should represent the school, making important first impressions both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information and support to parents, students, staff and community members, ideally using great communication and interpersonal skills. You shoud create a welcoming environment, making sure the office is a friendly and supportive place for students and school community to visit. While also assisting with administrative tasks which may include; enrolments, attendance tracking and other administrative duties that support student needs, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive material.
You will be working alongside the Manager Corporate Services to manage the schools financial, human, and physical resources ideally with keen attention to detail and flexibility.
You should play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education. We value well-rounded experience, and you’ll have the chance to grow and develop your skills through mentoring and professional learning opportunities.

- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
