Bruce Rock District High School (DHS) is located 240 km from Perth and caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 10. Our moral purpose at Bruce Rock DHS is that we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence, enabling our students to have the best opportunities in life.

The Role
We are actively seeking an experienced Primary Teacher with exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As a primary teacher you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development.
Ideally you will exhibit exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices. The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued.

Teachers and School Administrators employed at Bruce Rock District High School in 2025 are eligible to receive a temporary Attraction and Retention Incentive of $3 500 (pa, gross – to be adjusted pro rata for FTE and tenure). Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year. Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment.
The temporary ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school.
