The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced Deputy Principal to lead a challenging portfolio which includes delivery of curriculum through whole school approaches, staff development, student services and innovative programs.
As an integral part of the school leadership team, the Deputy Principal will ideally possess the personal attributes to foster the established school culture of genuine care, respect, and support for colleagues, which is the foundation for the important work we do together every day to create optimal learning conditions for our students to flourish.
Suitable applicants should display ability to strategically lead change and mentor the school’s middle leadership aspirants, amplify whole school practices by modelling quality teaching strategies, enhance teachers’ skills through instructional coaching and coordinate multi-tiered support systems. The ability to remain flexible, effectively prioritise competing demands, and manage multiple tasks while being resilient and compassionate, are desirable attributes.
