The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, you will work closely with the Principal and administration team to manage the financial, physical and human resource processes of the school. You will oversee school business operations and contribute to the development and implementation of a workplace plan that incorporates a recruitment strategy, staff induction, leave, succession, performance management and development plans.
The successful applicant will ideally possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will assist when working with the leadership team, staff, parents and the wider community. You will ideally use sound financial management skills and strategic administration including responsibility for ensuring all audit requirements are followed. The successful applicant should also provide consistency for financial planning and budgeting within the school and ideally possess an excellent knowledge of Department Policies and Guidelines.
