Warnbro Community High School (WCHS) is seeking a highly motivated and effective English Teacher.
Our moral purpose is ‘to make a positive difference to the lives of young people’. As a teacher at WCHS you will be part of a professional learning community committed to engaging in practice supported by evidence and research to best meet the need of our students. WCHS is embedding an explicit teaching approach and our HASS team is in the second year of a pilot that seeks to improve writing instruction across the school using a structured, methodical approach. Your role will be to continue to embed this work into your classroom practice.

They will ideally be experienced and knowledgeable in teaching English, as well as being flexible and adaptive to apply the strategies of differentiated instruction and explicit teaching.
