Greenwood Primary School, (previously Allenswood and East Greenwood Primary Schools) is located in the northern suburbs of Perth. Our school consists of three, purpose-built early childhood rooms and twelve classrooms divided between three teaching blocks and two demountables. There is a library/resource building which includes a computer laboratory and an additional block containing an undercover area, music room, and an art/science room. Specialist programs are provided in the areas of physical education, digital technology, music, language (Bahasa Indonesian), and science.

The Role
The successful applicant will ideally be responsible for fostering a safe, purposeful, and inclusive learning environment and have the capacity to develop collaborative and respectful relationships with and between staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders. The Associate Principal role is a full-time administration role, primarily responsible for Student Services and Operations Management throughout the school.

These skills will see you negotiate effectively while building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, as we continue to grow our school into the future. As an educational leader at our school, you will preferably promote the school’s vision, and values in our school community.
Overseeing school operations, the Associate Principal is instrumental in ensuring the effective operation of the school. This includes the delivery of the School Business Plan through decision-making, policy development, and the establishment of systems that align with the school's overarching objectives. The Associate Principal also plays a vital role in the daily management of staff, student well-being and overseeing timetabling responsibilities.
