The Role
Baldivis SC is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated Student Support Officer – Rugby Specialist.
The role of Student Support Officer will assist in the delivery of the intervention programs to support student wellbeing and development, with particular focus on the Rugby Specialist program. The Student Support Officer will ideally need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be required to facilitate our triage process as well as running identified programs and maintaining comprehensive records. A collaborative and consultative approach is highly desirable to work within a well resourced and experienced student focused team. Applicants with prior experience supporting students through mentoring, mediation, counselling, school engagement, assessing levels of risk, interagency links and case management are highly encouraged to apply.
