The Role
As a school leader you will provide leadership across the school by promoting the school vision. You will manage and deliver wellbeing programs and initiatives to support staff and students; enhancing learning conditions and promoting positive school culture. You will also be a key member of the school leadership team, working towards key deliverables, supporting the strategic direction of the College.
The successful applicant will ideally lead Student Services processes with a restorative approach, celebrate the diversity of our school community while working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team. The role oversees relevant Student Services activities, interventions, and workflow. A main component of the role also includes data analysis and will require tracking skills to support key initiatives and work streams.
The successful applicant will ideally be able to display a strong capacity to build positive relationships with staff and families, in a fast-paced environment, as they collaboratively lead holistic support services across the school. You should also have highly efficient communication and interpersonal skills and be collaborative, demonstrating a strong ability to nurture a team and maintain a professional learning culture.
