The Role
We are seeking a School Officer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service through reception duties, general clerical, and administrative support and maintaining school facilities and resources. You shall be the first point of contact for our school, responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our students, parents, and visitors.
We are looking for a School Officer with a proven ability to provide administrative support in school operations, particularly in enrolments, community relations and student services. Experience with Integris and the RM Billing system is essential and some experience with Compass is desirable but not essential.
With your outstanding organisation skills, you should assist in preparing correspondence, newsletters, notices and other materials including updating digital and online platforms such as the Sway newsletters and content management system. You will ideally have the capacity to work independently and show initiative in your daily tasks, while maintaining connection to and proud membership of our united team.
