The Role
As Associate Principal, you will play a key role in providing educational leadership and shaping a positive school culture, where Positive Behaviour Support is well established. Responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team to develop and promote the school's values and vision and utilizing effective change management strategies for continuous improvement that assists in workforce effectiveness and enhance student outcomes.
As a highly visible leader, experience leading student achievement and engagement in lower school will be highly regarded, as will the capacity to analyse data to inform school operations, resourcing and improvement.
