The Role
The successful applicant should be enthusiastic, innovative and possess a commitment to excellence within Health and Physical Education. They should regularly engage in meaningful collaboration with their colleagues to create improved learning experiences for students. They should be flexible and adaptive teachers, able to apply the strategies of differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
The Health and Physical Education role will require excellent organisational skills in the planning and running of sports carnivals and extra-curricular sporting activities. Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular interschool sporting programs is highly desirable. Suitable applicants should be highly motivated and enthusiastic in the promotion of Health and Physical Education within the school.
We are seeking an individual who is reflective, dynamic and is a highly motivated educator with the ability to provide quality teaching in the Health and Physical Education curriculum area. The successful applicant will ideally have a passion for their curriculum area and a deep understanding of instructional strategies to effectively engage students in the learning process.
