The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and effective Associate Principal keen to further develop Year 7 to 12 within the Kindergarten to Year 12 (K-12) setting, with a particular focus on Year 10 to 12. We are seeking a leader who will be a strong collaborator in our community and manage Senior Secondary student pathways in the college.
Key aspects of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to the development, implementation and review of the college plan.
- Building staff capacity and supporting wellbeing.
- Establishing and managing administrative and operational systems.
- Pastoral care and behavioural support Years 10 to 12.
- Educational leadership and manage Senior Secondary courses and student pathways.
