This is a fixed term, full-time position commencing ASAP up until the end of April 2026.
Program Kaartdijin has been established to develop a functionally fit, technologically robust solution to replace the current School Information System (SISClassic) and include additional information capture and reportability. The Program focuses on providing short-term solutions as well as a longer-term solution that meets the operational needs of schools and the reporting and management needs of the Department at large. The Program vision is to provide a contemporary administrative and finance solution connecting people, processes and systems for school communities now and into the future.
The new Kaartdijin Solution will replace the SISClassic suite of applications currently used in 800+ schools throughout Western Australia. The Department has contracted TechnologyOne as the provider of the core finance functionalities and Compass Education as the provider of the billing, student administration and school administration functionalities for schools.

The Role
Program Kaartdijin is seeking a highly motivated Principal Advisor to join their dynamic team.
The Principal Advisor provides professional leadership and advice to principals on systemic reform initiatives, directions and outcomes in relation to Program Kaartdijin. They provide strategic advice to stakeholders concerning the development and deployment of the Kaartdijin solution. #linkedin
If successful, you will facilitate opportunities for schools to access practical support, information, professional learning and online resources to assist with the implementation of reform initiatives, in particular Program Kaartdijin.

Eligibility
