The Role
As a Network Support Officer, your primary responsibility is to maintain the school's Information Technology (IT) network, ensuring optimal educational and administrative outcomes within the regulatory framework. This role involves offering technical advice to administration staff, implementing new systems based on research, and providing comprehensive technical support and training to all users, covering desktop and software applications.
Furthermore, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of educational and administrative data through the implementation and maintenance of data security strategies. Collaborating with the Department of Education ICT Support and active participation in various support networks are integral components of this position.
