This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1 2025
North Lake Senior Campus are looking for a motivated Engagement and Transitions Manager to join their team.
The Role
The successful applicant will provide support and advice to ensure the development and implementation of strategic directions to maximise transition services across the region and schools.
You will facilitate links between schools, State Training Providers, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Education Regional Office and the Department in implementing policy and key initiatives.
You will also identify student support service gaps and provide advice accordingly. Additionally, you will develop effective risk management plans and monitor and manage staff leave entitlements to ensure accrued leave is cleared within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with relevant Industrial Instruments and Department policy.
To be successful to this role you will ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
