The Role
The suitable applicants will work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for the financial, physical, and human resource processes of the school. The suitable applicants should provide consistency for financial planning and budgeting and ideally possess an excellent knowledge of Department Policies and Guidelines. They should be flexible and reliable, possessing excellent conceptual, interpersonal, communication, staff management and problem-solving skills.
To be suitable for this role, you will ideally possess effective human resource management practices and display strategic oversight and effective management of buildings, facilities, and assets at the school. Experience in the application of School Information System (SIS), Asset Registers and Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS) packages are highly desirable.
