The Role
The preferred applicant of this non-teaching role will provide pastoral care and wellbeing support for students across two years groups between Years 7 and 10. As a valued member of our team, we envision you as a conscientious, flexible, and innovative educator deeply committed to the holistic development of every student. You will implement and promote the positive reward system for given year levels, and you triage support requests for support services. Working with and reporting to one of our Program Coordinators for Student Services, you will provide case management for identified students, and provide teachers with classroom management strategies, supporting the development of Individual Education/Behaviour Support Plans.
