We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
East Narrogin Primary School (PS) is located in the progressive regional centre of Narrogin in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia about 200km south-east of Perth. East Narrogin is nestled on Wiilman Boodja within the Wheatbelt community of Narrogin. The name Narrogin is derived from the Noongar word Gnarojin which means place of water.
The school encompasses regional benefits outlined below. In addition, the Narrogin community offers a large country town feel with many amenities and opportunities to connect with like-minded people.
Our school provides primary education for Kindergarten to Year 6 students drawn from within the town and outlying areas. We provide a safe, inclusive learning environment with a focus on the wellbeing of each child. The Chaplain and the AIEO are an integral part of our school community, working to strengthen links between families, the local community and the school. In recent years our staff have been recognised through the WA Education Awards and the Level 3 Teacher process. East Narrogin PS is well resourced with a large undercover area, art and craft room, computer laboratory and purpose built Early Childhood Centre catering to our Kindy and Pre-Primary students.
